Administrator Roles
QAction offers different privileges that can be set up for roles, positions, users, or organizations.
The end-users have the ability to add content to the system, but administrators can manipulate how the information is added to the system.
Each administrator role has different abilities. These unique user roles must be assigned by an Application Administrator. Review the main differences in responsibilities and privileges:
Process Administrators
With process administrator privileges, users can view the Folder Definition screen to add or modify folder definitions. These users can create organizational workflow templates.
This privilege is only offered if your system has workflow functionality.
Document Template Administrators
With Document Template Administrator privileges, users can create organizational document templates.
Application Administrators
