Creating Personal Document Templates

Want to learn how to create organizational documents that your entire team can use? Visit the Document Template Administrator tasks under the Administrator section.

All users can create personal document templates.

  1. In the top-right of the application, click Templates > Document Templates.
    The Document Templates screen appears.

  2. Click the Personal tab.

  3. Click Add Personal.
    The Add Document Template window appears.

  4. Select a file for the template, and enter information in the required fields.

  5. Click Add Template.
    The document template appears on the Document Templates screen.
