Adding Downloads for Users

Administrators can add files to the Downloads window, so users can find especially important files in one centralized place. Sometimes this is used to share specialized user guides that are unique to your business process.
 

  1. In the top-right of the application, click Help > Downloads.

  2. In the Downloads window, click the title of a user guides to download, save, and view it.

  3. To upload a user guide, click Browse to locate and select a file.

  4. Enter a Name, Description, and (Optional) URL, and then click Upload.
    The document appears in the top of the window and all users can download, save, and view the user guide document.

  5. To delete a user guide, click the Delete Document () button, and click Yes.

  6. To edit user guide details, click the Pencil () button, revise the fields, and click Save.
