Deleting Documents


This task requires certain user privileges. Check with your system administrator to see if you have the necessary permissions.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Documents, and perform a search to locate a document.

  2. Click the Actions menu next to the document title.

  3. Click Delete Document. The document is permanently deleted from the repository.

  4. If a message window appears, click Delete.

If you are deleting a document in a folder that someone is working in, you may want to let them know that the document will no longer be available.
