Editing a Collection from a Document

This task requires certain user privileges. Check with your system administrator to see if you have the necessary permissions.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Documents, and perform a search to locate a document.

  2. Click the Actions menu next to the document title.

  3. Click View Collections.
    The Document Collections window appears with a list of all the collections that the document is filed in.

  4. Click the Actions menu next to the collection title.

  5. Click Edit Collection.
    The Add/Modify Collection window appears.

  6. Edit the collection name, description, or classification, and then click Save.
    The changes made appear in the Documents Collection window.
