Emailing Document Links

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Documents, and perform a search to locate a document.

  2. Click the Actions menu next to the document title.

  3. Click E-mail Link. An Outlook email window appears with a link in the body of the email.

  4. Enter information in the To and Subject fields, and add any other information in the body of the email.

  5. Click Send.

  3. Click E-mail Link and Document Attachment. An Outlook email window appears with a link in the body of the email and the document attached to the email.

  4. Enter information in the To and Subject fields, and add any other information in the body of the email.

  5. Click Send.
